Hamid Shayanfar was a M.Sc. student at Memorial University of Newfoundland, St. John‘s, Canada. The title of his paper was "The Effects of Consolidation Time on the Strength and Failure Behavior of Freshwater Ice Rubble". The award was presented at the closing ceremony.
